One Accord Church – 20 Core Values

To create clarity and structure, the values are arranged into five primary categories, each highlighting a distinct area of focus for the church’s mission and culture.

1. Worship and Spiritual Growth
Focus: Cultivating passionate worship, intentional discipleship, and spiritual growth.

1. Quality Worship ★

• Value Statement: “We worship God with passion and authenticity, creating a culture where His presence is welcomed and celebrated.”

2. Discipleship ★

• Value Statement: “We are dedicated to making disciples who grow in faith, character, and purpose through intentional relationships and biblical teaching.”

3. Come as You Are ★

• Value Statement: “We value an environment where all who desire Christ are free to come to Him without fear of judgment concerning outward appearance, knowing that God looks at the heart.”

Focus: Building a welcoming, unified, and loving community through fellowship and intentional relationships.

7. Being Welcoming

• Value Statement: “We reflect Christ’s unconditional love by accepting and embracing everyone who desires to be one with us in faith, fellowship, and purpose.”

• Value Statement: “We strive to maintain harmony, valuing humility, respect, and peaceful relationships within the church.”

9. Active Membership

10. Showing No Favoritism

• Value Statement: “We treat everyone with fairness and dignity, seeing every person through the lens of Christ’s love.”
